PP-R/AL/PP-R
Rigid PP-R composite with aluminium layer for low linear expansion.
Overview
PP-R/AL/PP-R Composite Pipe
PP-R pipe reinforced with an aluminium layer and joined by socket heat fusion. Low thermal expansion and high rigidity suit exposed hot-water lines and risers.
- Outer layer · PP-RProtects the pipe and carries the marking and colour.
- Adhesive layerBonds plastic to aluminium so the layers never separate.
- Aluminium layerBlocks oxygen, holds the bent shape and takes the pressure.
- Adhesive layerBonds the aluminium to the inner pipe.
- Inner layer · PP-RSmooth, corrosion-free and hygienic in contact with water.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you supply fittings?
We specialize exclusively in manufacturing multilayer composite pipes (coils and straight lengths) and do not supply fittings directly. Pipes use metric OD and wall-thickness specifications, with nominal inner diameters listed on product pages to help you select the corresponding connection system for your market.
What is the difference between overlap-welded and butt-welded?
Overlap-welded aluminium has a narrow overlapping seam; butt-welded aluminium is joined edge to edge, giving an even wall and round profile. Butt-welded models end in -B.
How is the pipe marked?
Each pipe carries the model code, size, production date and batch number, so every length can be traced to its production record.
