- This website is run by Anhui Zhongyonglian Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (brand SUSLiD), Jieshou, Anhui, China.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, country, and, if you fill them in, company, product, quantity, target market, sample request and message.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (for example IP address, time and requested page).
Why we use it
- Only to answer your inquiry, send samples or documents you ask for, and keep the website running and secure.
Who receives it
- When online submission is enabled, your inquiry is saved in our protected management system hosted on Cloudflare, and notification copies are sent to the sales team’s designated mailboxes. If online submission is unavailable, the form tells you that it has not been saved and offers direct email contact. Our hosting and email providers process the data needed for these services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies & saved inquiry lists
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Your inquiry list stores model identifiers, sizes and optional quantities in this browser using local storage. It is sent with the form only when you submit it. Remove items in the list or clear this site’s browser data to erase the local copy. A successful submission stores its reference in this browser session so that you can view the receipt.
Basic visit statistics
- When enabled, our own statistics service records page paths without query strings, referring domains, approximate country or region, device category and visit times. The website server uses an IP address and browser information to create a daily, site-specific pseudonymous identifier for counting visitors; the original IP is not stored in our statistics records. Statistics do not contain inquiry names, email addresses or messages. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Infrastructure providers may keep separate operational logs.
How long we keep it
- Inquiry records and notification emails are kept as long as needed for the business conversation and our records. Detailed visit statistics are retained for up to 90 days.
