1. Product Overview

PVC-U communication cable protection tube: PVC-U communication cable protection tube is a communication pipe made of hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) as the masterbatch, adding anti-impact agent, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials through a unique process. The inner wall of this kind of pipe is smooth and can directly pass through optical cables.

It can save man-hours, has reasonable structure, high use value and long life. It is mainly used in industries such as China Mobile, China Railway Communications, China Unicom, China Netcom, radio and television, and electric power. It complies with the communications industry standard of the People's Republic of China: YDT841.2-2016 standard.

It has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, insulation and flame retardant, and convenient construction. It is widely used in communication line protection in the fields of telecommunications, radio and television, network cabling, intelligent buildings and other fields.

1. Porous structure & high compatibility

- Single-hole and multi-hole (2-hole/4-hole/6-hole/honeycomb hole) designs are optional, with separation ribs between holes to avoid cable cross-interference.

- The inner wall is smooth and the friction coefficient is low, which is convenient for cable threading and later expansion and maintenance.

2. Excellent physical properties

- Strong compression resistance: ring stiffness ≥8kN/m² (higher grades can be customized), resistant to soil load and mechanical impact.

- Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali and salt spray, suitable for direct underground burial and humid environment, with a lifespan of up to 50 years.

3. Security protection

- Insulation and flame retardant: complies with YDT841.2-2016 standard, flame retardant grade V-0, self-extinguishing when removed from fire, ensuring communication safety.

- Anti-rodent: Optional corrugated outer wall or anti-rodent design can prevent animals from chewing and damaging the cables.

4. Convenient & low cost construction

- Light weight (density 1.4-1.5g/cm³), labor-saving transportation and installation; supports socket, glue or sleeve connection.
