1. Product introduction
PE power cable protection tube: Polyethylene (PE) is used as a masterbatch, and anti-impact agents, stabilizers and other auxiliary materials are added through high-speed extrusion. The new power cable protection tube is a flexible material with an elongation at break of more than 350%. The pipe has strong impact resistance and external pressure resistance.
The foundation will not break even if there is slight uneven settlement. It has strong recovery ability after deformation and has good adaptability to any foundation. It can be widely used in urban and rural trenchless horizontal directional drilling power pipe projects, municipal drainage and lighting excavation power pipe projects.
Implement the communications industry standard of the People's Republic of China: YD/T841.2-2016 standard.
2. Product features

High strength: high ring stiffness, good compression and impact resistance, and can be adapted to buried or trenchless construction.

Resistant to acid, alkali and chemical corrosion, it is suitable for high salt spray environments such as chemical industry areas and coastal areas.
Anti-aging, with a service life of 30 to 50 years, much higher than PVC pipes and galvanized steel pipes.
3. Insulation & moisture-proof
Excellent electrical insulation properties prevent cables from being interfered by external currents and ensure the safety of power transmission.
The inner wall is smooth and the friction coefficient is low, making it easy to thread cables without water accumulation or scaling.

Working temperature range: -40°C ~ 60°C, suitable for cold areas (such as northern permafrost zones).

4. Installation and maintenance
1. Installation method
Hot melt butt joint (recommended): suitable for large diameter pipes, with high joint strength and good sealing.
Electrofusion connection: suitable for small diameters or complex environments, with a high degree of automation.
Socket connection: suitable for low-voltage cables or temporary projects, fast installation.
2. Construction precautions
The trench must be smooth to avoid damage to the pipe by sharp stones.
When backfilling, compact it in layers to prevent the pipeline from deforming under pressure.
When constructing in low temperature environments, attention should be paid to changes in material flexibility.
3. Maintenance requirements
Basically maintenance-free, just check the interface sealing regularly.
If damaged by external force, it can be partially replaced and the maintenance cost is low.
